Camp dates and costs
The International Camp Sancelso runs from June 22 to August 9, 2025 and you can participate in one- or two-week periods.
One week Camp (from Sunday to Saturday)

To be added to the enrollment fee is the cost of external sports activities (a mandatory fee including transportation costs) which is:
- € 60 for one week
- € 120 for two weeks
Our fee includes:
- Accommodation in a private property Villa with full board including a varied and balanced menu, snacks, with the ability to accommodate special diets for allergies and intolerances or diets for any special needs;
- Sports activities and games (excluding external sports activities);
- Excursions and Camp Out, with the possibility of spending a night in a tent or hut, a fundamental experience in the children’s developmental path;
- Qualified counsellors and assistance day and night;
- 24-hour health care;
- A pediatric medical examination, if necessary;
- Possibility of small laundry services;
- Liability and accident insurance (polizze assicurative RC e infortuni).
Our fee does not include:
- External sports activities;
- Cultural visits, where scheduled;
- Admission to museums and shows;
- Lifts facilities;
- Tickets for any short local transfers;
- Additional medical examinations and personal medicines;
- Anything not specifically indicated.
Special discount for siblings!
In case more than one brother/sister enrolls, a discount will be offered on the second fee:
- € 750 instead of € 790 for a period of one week;
- € 1.480 instead of € 1.540 for a period of two weeks.
Please note: promotions cannot be combined, the higher percentage discount will be applied.
Travel
Accompanied by parents
We kindly ask parents who want to personally drop off and/or pick up their children to observe the following times:
- Check-in: between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.
- Check-out: by 11 a.m.

It is possible to get to the Camp by your own means or by using our private bus service (reserved for participants only).
By Bus
Private bus transportation with assistance will be provided for the following dates:
- Round trip Milano – Castione (Sunday): June 22, June 29, July 13, July 27, August 3;
- Return Castione – Milano (Saturday): June 28, July 12, July 26, August 2, August 9.
The meeting point is:
Burchiello-Pagano parking lot (entrance from Via del Burchiello, 67 – Milano)

Departure time from Milan on the day of check-in: h. 10 a.m. – Meeting time 30 min. earlier (h. 9:30 a.m.).
Arrival time in Milan on the day of check-out: about h. 11:15 a.m.
The fee for transportation is:
- € 45 one way or return only;
- € 90 round trip.
